1. EOI Registration

By submitting an EOI application, you acknowledge that this is an Expression of Interest and does not constitute a binding sale agreement. EOI registration is subject to plot availability and project launch conditions.

2. Payment Terms

The EOI token amount of ₹5,499 must be paid via approved digital payment methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, RTGS/NEFT). No cash payments are accepted. Payment receipt must be uploaded as proof.

3. Priority Queue

EOI registrants will receive priority plot selection during the official launch. Priority is determined by EOI registration date and time. Early registrations receive earlier priority numbers.

4. No Guaranteed Allotment

EOI registration does not guarantee final plot allotment. Allotment is subject to availability, verification of documents, and completion of booking formalities at launch.

5. Pricing

All prices mentioned are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of official launch.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

7. Amendments

Manortha Builders & Developers reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
