Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) You decide not to proceed with the booking before formal booking confirmation; (b) The project is delayed beyond the communicated timeline and you wish to withdraw; (c) Plot allotment cannot be completed due to availability or project changes.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email info@manortha.com with subject line: "EOI Refund Request – [Your EOI ID]"
2. Include: Your full name, EOI ID, registered mobile number, and bank account details for NEFT/RTGS.
3. Our team will acknowledge within 24 hours and process within 7–10 working days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days from approval. In case of payment gateway refunds, processing time may vary per the gateway's policy (typically 5–7 business days).

Non-Refundable Cases

The EOI amount is non-refundable only if: (a) The formal booking agreement has been signed and the booking amount has been paid; (b) The refund request is submitted after plot registration/sale deed execution.
